Hydroxy Propyl Methyl Cellulose
HPMC in ceramic extrusion molding.
CheSilo CheSilo Hydroxy Propyl Methyl Cellulose(abb.HPMC) can provide good lubricity and plasticity and good operation for
ceramic molding. With low ash content, it can provide a very dense internal structure after calcination,
while delicate rounded surface of the product. In ceramic products, it is always used as binder, providing good malleability
and water retention.
